Developing CRM MVK holding
I had the following task to develop a system in which you can keep track of employees.
The system includes :
- Home User Account Control ( for companies within the holding company )
- Сontrol delays (fixed delay, data , print reports for any period , export to excel, word and pdf)
- The control system of compensatory time off .
- Fixing system exits from the office.
- Transferring weekend . Due to the nature of the company (a company engaged in organizing exhibitions) employees work on weekends. Jobs in output is compensated a day off during the week .
- Accounting system orders.
- Profiles of applicants .
- The accounting system of labor contracts. Collection system contracts in a structured system . Recalls the need to extend the contract , the employee retains moving up the career ladder and so on.
System was preserved after the company MVK an international group of companies ITE.
Now it is used in the new company , organized by former vladtsami MVK.
